摘 要:以EBZ45型悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的掘进机截割头截割性能分析方法。将掘进机截割头形状尺寸、材料特性等参数录入到DYNA软件中,由该软件构建出截割头有限元模型,之后以此为基础,分别从转速、横切速度及钻进速度三个方面出发,模拟分析了不同运动参数条件下截割头截割性能变化趋势,以此确定出最佳的运动参数,为掘进机截割头调节与控制提供指导,使煤矿掘进作业安全、顺利进行。Taking EBZ45 cantilever type roadheader as an example,a cutting performance analysis method of roadheader cutting head based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,the shape and size of the cutter head of the roadheader,material properties and other parameters are recorded into the DYNA software,which constructs a finite element model of the cutter head,and then,based on this,the trend of the cutting performance of the cutter head under the conditions of dfferent motion parameters is simulated and analyzed from the rotational speed,traverse cutting speed and drilling speed,so as to determine the optimal motion parameters and provide guidance to the regulation and control of the cutter head of the roadheader,which will make it easier and more convenient for coal miners to control the cutting performance of the cutter head of the EBZ45.In this way,the optimal motion parameters are determined to provide guidance for the regulation and control of the cutter head of the roadheader,so that the coal mine roadheading operation is safe and smooth.
