摘 要:为了解决钻进工况和横切工况下截割头振动严重、截齿受力差异较大的问题,利用数值模拟软件对钻进和横切工况下截割头截割煤岩过程进行模拟分析,发现横切和钻进工况下截齿所受合外力差值较大,横切工况下截齿变差系数为0.842,截割头变差系数为1.715,而钻进工况各截齿变差系数为1.361,截割头变差系数为2.047。根据模拟研究结果对截齿截线距进行优化设计,确定了最佳的截线距,通过分析发现优化后截齿合外力平均值差异系数显著减小,较好地分散了截齿受力,提升了截齿寿命,为掘进机高效截割作出贡献。In order to solve the problems of serious vibration of the cutting head and large difference of force on the teeth under drilling and cross-cutting conditions,numerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyse the coal cutting process of the cutting head under drilling and cross-cutting conditions,and it was found that the difference of combined external force on the teeth under cross-cutting and drlling conditions was large,and the variation coefficient of the teeth under cross-cutting condition was O.842,and that of the cutting head was 1.715,and that of the teeth under drilling condition was 1.361,and that of the teeth under drilling condition was 1.361,and that of the teeth under drilling condition was 1.363,and that of the head was 1.363.The variation coefficient of each cut-off tooth is 1.361 and the variation coefficient of cut-off head is 2.047.According to the results of the simulation study,the optimal design of the cut-off pitch of cut-off tooth is carried out,and the best cut-off pitch is determined,and it is found that the difference coefficient of the average value of the combined external force of the cut-off tooth decreases significantly after the optimization,which disperses the force of the cut-off tooth and enhances the life of the cut-off tooth,and contributes to the high efficiency of cut-off of roadheading machine.
