摘 要:以MG180/435型滚筒采煤机为例,介绍一种采煤机自适应调高控制系统设计方案。该方案由两个模块构成,一个为硬件模块,包括控制器、显示器、A/D转换器、倾角传感器与旋转编码器,用于对截割结构高度的调节;另一个为软件模块,包括记忆截割控制程序、记忆截割路径优化程序,用于控制硬件的运行。通过实践应用分析可以发现,该控制系统自动调节耗时减少了1.3min左右,人工干预次数减少了3次左右,可显著提升采煤机的工作效率。Taking MG180-435 drum coal mining machine as an example,a design scheme of adaptive height adjustment control system for coal mining machine is introduced.The programme consists of two modules,one is hardware module,including controller,display,A/D converter,inclination sensor and rotary encoder,which is used to regulate the height of cutting structure;the other is software module,including memory cutting control program and memory cutting path optimization program,which is used to control the operation of hardware.Through the practical application analysis,it can be found that the automatic adjustment time of the control system is reduced by about 1.3 min,and the number of manual interventions is reduced by about 3 times,which can significantly improve the working efficiency of the coal mining machine.
