摘  要:以山西某矿电机车应用工况为背景,结合电机车配备自动装矿系统的必要性,基于图像识别技术,研究了矿用电机车自动装矿系统,并进行了应用测试,分析了应用测试效果。结果表明,通过应用基于图像识别的自动装矿系统,矿用电机车在实际装矿作业中,可自动进行对车、识别大块杂物以及识别电机车的装满度,提升了电机车应用的自动化,智能化水平,缩减了操作人员,促进了电机车运输的降本增效,该研究可为类似工况下矿用电机车自动装矿系统的设计提供参考。Taking the working condition of a mine in Shanxi as the background,combined with the necessity of equipping the motor car with automatic loading system,based on the image recognition technology,the automatic loading system of mine motor car was studied,and the application test was carried out to analyze the effect of the application test,and the results show that,through the application of the automatic loading system based on the image recognition,the mine motor car,in the actual operation of loading the mine,can be automatically carried out to the car,identify the large pieces of The results show that by applying the image recognition-based automatic ore loading system,the mine motorcycle can automatically carry out the car,identify the large debris and identify the fullness of the motorcycle in the actual ore loading operation,which enhances the automation and intelligence level of the motorcycle application,reduces the number of operators,and promotes the reduction of the cost of the motorcycle transportation and increase efficiency.
