基于TOE理论的高职院校成教学籍档案电子单套制管理模式研究

摘　　要：高职院校成教学籍档案实施电子单套制管理模式,有助于规范对成教学籍档案的管理,提高归档质量和利用效率。在对高职院校成教学籍档案管理工作的特点与现状分析基础上,阐述高职院校成教学籍档案电子单套制管理的内涵与技术实现过程,并基于TOE理论,从技术、组织和环境层面,对高职院校成教学籍档案电子单套制管理模式的构建,提出相应的对策建议。The implementation of electronic single-set management mode for adult education school records in higher vocational colleges is helpful to standardize the management of adult education school records and improve the archiving quality and utilization efficiency.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and current situation of the management of adult education records in higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds the connotation and technical realization process of electronic single-suite management of adult education records in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of electronic single-suite management mode of adult education records in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of technology,organization and environment based on TOE theory.
