摘　　要：随着食品安全问题日益受到社会关注,食品检验检测实验室在确保食品质量与安全方面发挥着至关重要的作用。然而,实验室的人员和仪器设备管理直接影响到检验检测结果的准确性和可靠性。因此,本文旨在探讨当前问题,以优化实验室运行环境,提升检验检测质量。With the increasing concern of the society about food safety,food inspection and testing laboratories play a vital role in ensuring food quality and safety.However,laboratory personnel and equipment management directly affect the accuracy and reliability of inspection and testing.Therefore,this paper aims to discuss the to optimize the laboratory operating environment,improve the inspection quality.
