摘  要:建立用全自动QuEChERS平台结合液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定蜜柚中10种农药残留的方法,满足欧盟对进口蜜柚的要求。蜜柚样品用乙腈加入QuEChERS缓冲盐提取,QuEChERS净化管净化,内标法校正,外标法定量。结果表明,10种农药在1~50 μg·L^(-1)呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,检出限和定量限分别为0.56~1.41 μg·kg^(-1)和1.86~4.71 μg·kg^(-1);回收率在74.34%~104.59%,相对标准偏差在0.57%~5.87%。该方法操作简单、高效、准确,适用于蜜柚中多种农药残留检测。A fully automated QuEChERS platform combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)for the rapid determination of 10 pesticide residues in pomelo method was established,to meeting the EU’s requirements for imported pomelo.The pomelo samples were extracted by acetonitrile with buffering salts of QuEChERS,cleaned up with QuEChERS purification tube,and internal standard method was used for corrected,and the external standard method was quantification.The results showed that the 10 pesticides were showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1μg·L^(-1) to 50μg·L^(-1) with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.995.The limits of detection for 10 pesticides in pomelo were in the range of 0.56~1.41μg·kg^(-1),and their limits of quantification were in the range of 1.86~4.71μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate was 74.34%~104.59%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.57%~5.87%.The method has the advantages of simple,efficient,accurate,and is suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in pomelo with multiple components.
