摘  要:目的:建立乙酰丙酮衍生化高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器测定食品用洗涤剂中甲醛含量的方法。方法:样品使用乙酰丙酮试剂衍生过滤后,使用筛选优化后的流动相体系V_(乙腈)∶V_(水)=55∶45和检测波长405 nm进行液相色谱分析。结果:方法的线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9997),相对标准偏差为0.05%~2.88%,回收率为84.0%~94.4%。结论:该方法具有实用性强、稳定性好、回收率高以及快捷简便等优点,适应于食品用洗涤剂中甲醛含量的测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in food detergent by acetylacetone-derived high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector.Method:The samples were filtered by acetylacetone reagent and then analyzed by liquid chromatography with the optimized mobile phase system V_(acetonitrile)∶V_(water)=55∶45 and detection wavelength 405 nm.Result:The linear relationship was good(R^(2)=0.9997),the relative standard deviations were 0.05%to 2.88%,and the recoveries were 84.0%to 94.4%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of strong practicability,good stability,high recovery rate,fast and simple,and is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde content in food detergent.
