摘 要:为探究酶底物法检测饮用水中大肠埃希氏菌的准确性和便捷性,从不同地点采集水样,采用标准检测法和酶底物法同时检测饮用水中的大肠埃希氏菌。结果表明,标准检测法检测出16份阳性样品和3份阴性样品,酶底物法检测出17份阳性样品和2份阴性样品,两种方法检测的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05);14份样品最大可能数一致,5份样品最大可能数有差异,酶底物法检测的灵敏度高于标准检测法。本研究为饮用水中微生物的快速、高效检测提供了数据基础。In order to understand whether the enzyme substrate method can quickly and accurately detect Escherichia coli in drinking water,water samples were collected from different locations,and standard detection method and enzyme substrate method were used to detect Escherichia coli in drinking water at the same time.The results showed that 16 positive samples and 3 negative samples were detected by standard detection method,and 17 positive samples and 2 negative samples were detected by enzyme substrate method,there was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two methods(P>0.05).The maximum probable number of 14 samples were consistent,and the maximum probable number of 5 samples were different.The sensitivity of enzyme substrate method was higher than that of standard method.The research provides data basis for rapid and efficient detection of microorganisms in drinking water.
