摘  要:伴随“一带一路”倡议的持续推进,沿线共建国家大量机械制造业的投入对相关领域的高水平国际化专业人才的需求与日俱增。梧州作为广西的东大门,成为沿线国家来华留学生心中的热门城市,近年来梧州学院接收来自“一带一路”沿线国家的留学生呈逐年攀升的趋势。该研究以机械设计制造及其自动化专业留学生班为例,通过分析来华留学生的培养现状,并从制度支持、文化适应、师资力量和立德树人4个方面探索解决当前问题的办法和途径,以期为培养民心相通的高水平、国际化“文化使者”提供有益探索和实践支撑。With the continuous advancement of the“Belt and Road”initiative,the investment on large number of machinery manufacturing industries in the countries along the line is increasing and thus the demand for high-level international professionals in related fields is increasing.As the east gate of Guangxi,Wuzhou has become a popular city for international students from countries along the“Belt and Road”.In recent years,Wuzhou University has received an increasing number of international students from countries along the“Belt and Road”.Taking the international student class of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation as an example,the present study analyzes the training status of international students in the university,and explores ways and paths to solve the current problems from four aspects:system support,cultural adaptation,teaching staff training and moral cultivation,so as to bring beneficial exploration and provide practice support for cultivating high-level and international“cultural ambassadors”.
