摘  要:在当前国内外新技术和基础科学领域竞争日益激烈的时代背景下,研究生与导师的关系趋于复杂化。如何构建研究生与导师之间的和谐关系,是新时代高校和研究机构研究生教育急需解决的问题。在问卷基础上,通过建立分类分级指标体系,定量表征了我国理工类研究生与导师之间的关系现状和互动模式。发现我国导师对研究生关怀程度为38.1±16.3%、指导程度为74.1±19.1%,合作程度为50.0±25.2%。研究生与导师的关系属于“指导+合作+关怀”复合型师生关系,但偏向导—学关系。研究生与导师之间为目标互动、全面互动、放羊互动和家庭互动模式的占比分别为52.3%、27.8%、17.8%和2.1%。研究生学位类别和个人经历、导师年龄、性别和职务、学生关系等都可在一定程度上影响师生关系,增加与研究生的非科研互动、促进情感交流有利于构建全面互动的师生关系。Under the context of increasingly fierce competition in the fields of new technologies and basic sciences at home and abroad,the relationship between postgraduates and supervisors is becoming more and more complicated.Therefore,it is an urgent issue how to build a harmonious relationship between postgraduates and their supervisors for graduate education in universities and research institutions at present.Here,we have established a classification and grading index,quantitatively characterized the current status and interaction mode of the relationship between science and engineering postgraduate students and their supervisors in China based on a complex questionnaire survey.The results indicate that the degrees of care,academic guidance,and cooperation for supervisors to postgraduate students are 38.1±16.3%,74.1±19.1%,and 50.0±25.2%,respectively.The relationship between postgraduates and supervisors belongs to the complex relationship of“guidance+cooperation+care”,which is obviously biased towards the guidance-study relationship.Target interaction,comprehensive interaction,sheep-herding interaction,and family interaction contribute 52.3%,27.8%,17.8%,and 2.1%,respectively,to the interaction modes between postgraduates and supervisors in China.The degree category and experience of postgraduates,the age,gender,and position of supervisors,and the relationship among students in the same group,etc.can affect the relationship between postgraduates and supervisors to a certain extent.Increasing non-research activities with postgraduates and promoting emotional communication are conducive to building a fully interactive relationship between postgraduates and supervisors.
