摘  要:个体就业的稳定性一定程度上映射出社会就业等现实问题,而个体就业状态通常由其自身工作满意度呈现。文章利用“中国社会综合调查(CSS)”四期数据刻画青年劳动者工作满意度的变化趋势,并通过构建回归模型着重探讨职业技能培训对其工作满意度的影响及作用机制。研究结论:从2015年到2021年,青年劳动者工作满意度总体上呈现上升趋势;职业技能培训可以缓解青年劳动者失业焦虑,进而提升工作满意度;在青年人群中,职业技能培训对男性、非农业户口以及高禀赋家庭这三类群体能发挥更积极的作用。研究结论不仅进一步阐明职业技能培训的现实功效,还为决策单位提升青年人群工作满意度与就业稳定性提供经验参考。To a certain extent,the stability of individual employment reflects the reality of social employment,and the employment status of individuals is usually presented by their own job satisfaction.In this article,we use the data from the four phases of the China Social Survey(CSS)to depict the changing trends of job satisfaction of young workers,and construct a regression model to explore the impact of vocational skills training on their job satisfaction and its mechanism of action.The study concludes that,from 2015 to 2021,the job satisfaction of young workers shows an overall upward trend;vocational skills training can alleviate the unemployment anxiety of young workers,and then increase job satisfaction;among young people,vocational skills training can play a more positive role for three groups:males,those with non-agricultural household registration,and individuals from highly endowed families.The findings of this study not only shed light on the effectiveness of vocational skills training,but also provide empirical references for policymakers to improve job satisfaction and employment stability among young workers.
