摘  要:数字化转型推动着职业教育的深刻变革。以宿迁市为例,深入探讨了数字化转型背景下,如何通过专业教学资源库建设与应用促进区域职业教育的均衡发展。采用理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法,结合宿迁市教育的特殊性和职业教育发展的现实情况,创新性地提出了“四驱共进”区域职业教育均衡发展行动模型;基于对相关文献和案例资料的综合研究,构建了“基础—核心—支持”的理论框架与“目标—策略—行动”的实践框架。专业教学资源库的建设与应用有效地提升了职业学校教学质量和师生信息素养,缩小了区域校际之间专业建设差距。宿迁职业教育的这种管理机制、实践经验和创新举措,为其他地区提供了宝贵的借鉴,也有力地推动了区域职业教育的均衡发展。Digital transformation is driving profound changes in vocational education.Taking Suqian City as an example,this study delves into how to promote the balanced development of regional vocational education through the construction and application of professional teaching resource libraries in the context of digital transformation.This study adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and case studies,incorporating the specificity of education in Suqian City and the reality of vocational education development,and innovatively proposes a"four-drive collaborative"action model for balanced regional vocational education development.Based on comprehensive research of relevant literature and case materials,it constructs a theoretical framework of"foundation-core-support"and a practical framework of"goal-strategy-action."The construction and application of professional teaching resource libraries have effectively improved the teaching quality of vocational schools and the information literacy of teachers and students,narrowing the gap in professional development among regional schools.The management mechanisms,practical experiences,and innovative measures of vocational education in Suqian provide valuable references for other regions and have strongly promoted the balanced development of regional vocational education.
