摘 要:为促进小核酸产业产学合作之意愿,构建产学合作博弈模型.将技术创新度与技术转移风险因子加入模型,使用演化博弈方法研究不同情况下企业和学校行为的选择.研究表明,当技术创新度增加与技术转移风险下降,其对产学合作意愿为正向影响.当技术创新度与技术转移风险同向增加,尽管风险会增加未来的不确定性,但是在重视技术创新的小核酸产业,双方最后倾向于选择合作.当技术创新度与技术转移风险反向变化,研发能力强的合作伙伴,更容易实现产学合作协同创新.To promote the willingness for industry-university collaboration in the RNAI industry,this paper develops a game model about industry-university collaboration.This paper adds the degree of technological innovation and the risk of technology transfer into the model,and uses evolutionary game method to describe the behavior choices of enterprises and universities in different situations.The results corroborate that when the degree of technological innovation increases and the technology transfer risk decreases,it has a positive impact on the willingness of industry-university collaboration.When the degree of technological innovation and the risk of technology transfer increase in the same direction,the risk increases the uncertainty about the future;however,the RNAI industry attaches importance to technological innovation so that both sides willfinally choose to cooperate.When the degree of technological innovation and the risk of technology transfer change in opposite directions,it will be easier for the partner with a stronger research and development ability to realize collaborative innovation in industry-university collaboration.
