摘 要:铝合金油底壳属于薄壁类铸件,且内部存在复杂油道结构。本文研究了铸件结构特性、铸造热节、浇注系统、模具排气对油底壳产品的低压铸造工艺和典型铸造缺陷的影响,通过增设工艺网格改善铝液流动性及排气能力,通过对大平面位置设置排气道增加排气能力,通过优化产品壁厚保证独立热节补缩效果,使铝合金油底壳实现低压铸造生产。Aluminum alloy oil pan is a thin-walled easting with complex internal oil channel structure.This article analyzes and studies the low-pressure casting process and typical casting defects of oil pan products from the aspects of casting structural characteristics,casting hot spots,gating system,mold exhaust,etc.By adding process grids to improve the fluidity and exhaust capacity of aluminum liquid,setting exhaust ducts at large plane positions to increase exhaust capacity,and optimizing product wall thickness to ensure independent hot spot feeding effect,the A1 oil pan can he produced by low-pressure casting.
