医教协同背景下中医药人才培养的路径

摘　　要：医教协同背景下深化临床医学人才培养改革措施的提出,为推动临床医学人才培养体系建设和提升临床医学人才能力提供了方向和保障。新时期,国家《“十四五”中医药发展规划》提出大力促进中医药传承创新发展的任务和目标,着力提升中医药健康服务能力,这为中医药人才培养带来了较大的挑战。此文在医教协同背景下,对中医药人才培养模式的现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,并从强化实践教学质量、加强师资队伍建设,完善继续教育体系等方面探索提升中医药人才培养质量的方法,以为进一步推进院校教育与临床实践深度融合,建立以服务需求、提高质量为核心的,具有中医药特色的中医药标准化、规范化人才培养体系提供参考。The proposition of enhancing the reform measures for training clinical medical talents with the pattern of collaboration be⁃tween medicine and education is providing the direction and guarantee of promoting the construction of clinical medical talent training system and improving the ability of clinical medical talents.In new period,in combination with the tasks and objectives in promoting the inheritance,innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine in The 14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine,improving the health service ability of traditional Chinese medicine are great changes and challenges to the cultivation of talents in university of Chinese medicine.Under the background of collaboration between medicine and education,this paper analyzed the current situation and main problems of the training mode of traditional Chinese medicine talents,and explored methods to improve the training quality of traditional Chinese medicine talents from the aspects of strengthening the quality of practi⁃cal teaching,strengthening the construction of teachers,and improving the continuing education system.It will provide a reference for further promoting the deep integration of college education and clinical practice,and exploring the standardized and standardized tal⁃ent training system of traditional Chinese medicine with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to satisfy the service re⁃quirement and improve the quality.
