目视管理在精神科医嘱药物发放中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究目视管理在精神科医嘱药物发放中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1—12月目视管理实施前在荔城区精神病防治院住院的精神疾病患者115例为对照组,2023年1月—12月实施目视管理后的精神疾病患者115例为观察组。比较两组的双人核对制度执行率、药物发放差错例次、患者用药正确率及患者对药物发放满意度。结果 观察组双人核对制度执行率为100%,较对照组的95.65%高(P=0.024)。观察组出现药物发放差错为(0.05±0.22)次/例,较对照组的(0.17±0.46)次/例低(P <0.001)。观察组用药正确率为99.13%,较对照组的90.43%高(P=0.003)。观察组药物发放工作满意度为93.04%,较对照组的82.61%高(P=0.016)。结论 目视管理能够规范精神科医嘱药物发放流程,减少药物发放及用药差错事件发生,利于提升用药安全性。Objective To explore the effect of visual management in the drug dispensing of psychiatric prescriptions.Methods A total of 115 patients with mental illness who were hospitalized in Licheng District Psychiatric Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 115 patients with mental illness who were hospitalized from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The implementation rate of the two-person check system,the number of drug dispensing errors,the correct rate of patients' medication and the patients' satisfaction with drug dispensing were compared between the two groups.Results The implementation rate of the two-person check system in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that in the control group(95.65%)(P=0.024).The drug dispensing error in the observation group was(0.05±0.22) times/case,which was lower than that in the control group(0.17±0.46) times/case(P<0.001).The correct rate of medication in the observation group was 99.13%,which was higher than that in the control group(90.43%)(P=0.003).The satisfaction with drug dispensing in the observation group was 93.04%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.61%)(P=0.016).Conclusions Visual management can standardize the process of drug dispensing prescribed by psychiatric doctors,reduce the occurrence of drug dispensing and medication errors,and improve the safety of medication.
