循证护理在白血病患者化疗期间感染护理中的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察对白血病化疗患者施以循证护理的护理效果,并分析对生活质量的改善效果。方法 选择2023年2月至2024年2月就诊于厦门大学附属第一医院的102例白血病化疗患者,抽签法分组,51例开展常规护理者归纳入对照组,51例开展循证护理者归纳入研究组,对护理效果进行对比和分析。结果 相较对照组,研究组感染总发生率较低,护理后不良情绪评分较轻,研究组癌因性疲乏各项评分均较低,护理后生活质量较好,护理满意度较好(均P <0.05)。结论 对白血病化疗患者施以循证护理价值较高,可有效控制感染情况,且可使不良情绪、癌因性疲乏、生活质量得以改善,并可提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the nursing effect of administering evidence-based care to leukemia chemotherapy patients and to analyze the improvement effect on quality of life.Methods A total of 102 cases of leukemia chemotherapy patients who attended the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and grouped by lottery method,51 cases who carried out conventional nursing care were categorized into the control group,and 51 cases who carried out evidence-based nursing care were categorized into the research group,and the effect of nursing care was compared and analyzed.Results Compared to the control group,the study group had a lower overall incidence of infection,a milder post-care adverse mood score,lower scores on all cancer-caused fatigue scores in the study group,better quality of life after care,and better satisfaction with care(all P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence based nursing for leukemia chemotherapy patients has high value,can effectively control infection,improve negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue,quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
