摘 要:集装箱货车的副车架作为底盘主车架与集装箱连接的关键部件,其结构和性能的稳定性尤为重要。文章首先设计了一种斜拉式副车架,并对主副车架间连接螺栓数量及形式、副车架强度等进行分析,得出副车架的整体结构设计方案;再通过优化设计及ANSYS仿真分析,验证了理论设计的合理性;此副车架优化设计降低了整车高度和副车架质量,提高了整车的可通过性和承载性能。The sub-frame of the container truck is the key component of the chassis main frame connecting with the container,and its structure and performance are particularly important.Firstly,a cable-stayed sub-frame is designed,the quantity and form of the connecting bolts between the main sub-frame and the strength of the sub-frame are analyzed,and the whole structure of the sub-frame is obtained.Through the optimization design and ANSYS simulation analysis,the rationality of the theoretical design is verified.Finally,through optimization design and simulation analysis,the vehicle height and the quality of the sub-frame are both reduced.It improves the pass-ability and load-bearing performances of the whole vehicle.
