图书馆事业发展与图书馆学教育之偏离及其应对策略研究

摘　　要：图书馆事业发展蒸蒸日上和图书馆员的职业认同感普遍下降的现象同时存在,这宛如新时代图书馆事业的“斯芬克斯之谜”,需图书馆界高度警惕并妥善应对。文章运用个案分析方法,描述并分析了西部地区某省级图书馆近五年的馆员离职情况;引介了《威廉姆森报告》改进图书馆学教育并推动美国图书馆事业发展的过程;从图书馆学教育和图书馆事业发展两个维度出发,解读图书馆学教育与图书馆事业发展脱节的各种表现和原因。文章认为必须聚焦图书馆事业的使命和职责,推动图书馆事业发展与图书馆学教育的常态化互鉴,形成图书馆学教育与图书馆事业发展螺旋上升的良性局面。实现图书馆学教育技术、人文、现实“三回归”,还原图书馆学教育的核心价值导向,明确其实现路径,不仅是解决图书馆事业发展与图书馆学教育偏离现象的根本之策,也是新时代图书馆事业对图书馆学教育改革的核心期待。The rapid development of China's library industry and the decline of Librarians'professional identity exist at the same time,just like the"Riddle of Sphinx"of the library industry in the new era,which needs the library industry and academic circles to be highly vigilant and properly deal with.This paper describes and analyzes the phenomenon of librarian turnover in a provincial library in the western region of China in the past fi ve years by using case analysis method.It introduces Training for Library Service to improve library science education and promote the development of American library industry.Starting from the two dimensions of library science education and library industry development,it explains the various manifestations and reasons for the disconnection between library science education and library industry development.The article argues that it is necessary to focus on the mission and responsibilities of the library industry,promote the development of the library industry and library science education,and form a benign situation in which library science education and library industry development spiral upward.Realizing the"three returns"of technology,humanities and reality in library science education,restoring the core value orientation of library science education,and clarifying its realization path are not only the fundamental solution to the deviation between library industry development and library science education,but also the core expectation of the library industry in the new era for the reform of library science education.
