摘  要:为了探讨苯扎溴铵消毒剂对环境菌的抑菌效果。研究中选取大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及绿脓杆菌进行杀菌实验,比较在不同浓度与作用时间对环境菌的抑菌效果。在不同作用时间抑菌效果比较中,1%苯扎溴铵消毒对金黄色葡萄杆菌以及绿脓杆菌具有较高的抑菌效果,15 min中均能达到100%抑菌效果。在大肠杆最低抑菌条件的比较中,1.2%苯扎溴铵溶液在5 min作用时间能达到100%抑菌效果。同时,比较中和剂对抑菌的影响,中和剂对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果并无明显影响。研究内容将为苯扎溴铵消毒剂的推广与应用提供技术参考。In order to explore the antibacterial effect of benzalkonium bromide disinfectant on environmental bacteria.In the study,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected for sterilization experiments to compare their antibacterial effects on environmental bacteria at different concentrations and treatment times.In the comparison of antibacterial effects at different action times,1%benzalkonium bromide disinfection has a high antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,achieving 100%antibacterial effect in 15 minutes.In the comparison of the minimum antibacterial conditions for large intestine rods,a 1.2%benzalkonium bromide solution can achieve 100%antibacterial effect after 5 minutes of action.Meanwhile,comparing the effects of neutralizing agents on antibacterial activity,it was found that neutralizing agents had no significant effect on the antibacterial effect of Staphylococcus aureus.The research content will provide technical reference for the promotion and application of benzalkonium bromide disinfectant.
