摘  要:芬顿体系分光光度法已广泛应用于测定物质的抗氧化性,但目前还未有对应的抗氧化性标准检测方法。本试验旨在研究建立一种测定保湿水抗氧化性的方法。以甲基橙为捕获剂,捕获芬顿体系产生的羟基自由基,以清除率为指标,使用分光光度计检测样品的抗氧化性。以维生素(Vc)为对比,采用清除DPPH自由基法和加标回收率验证方法的准确度。结果表明,不同品牌的保湿水清除DPPH自由基的能力与清除羟基自由基的能力顺序相同,加标回收率也符合分析测定要求。Finton system spectrophotometry is widely used to determine the antioxidant properties of substances,but there is no corresponding standard method for antioxidant properties.The purpose of this study is to establish a method for the determination of antioxidant properties of moisturizing water.Hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton system was captured with methyl orange as the trapping agent,and the antioxidant activity of the sample was detected by spectrophotometer with the clearance rate as the index.Compared with Vc,the method of scavenging DPPH free radical and the recovery rate of added standard were used to verify the accuracy of the method.The scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals of different brands was the same as that of hydroxyl free radicals,and the recovery rate of standard addition also met the requirements of analysis and determination.
