摘  要:针对当前电解铜箔制造工艺参数的优化仅考虑产品要求的问题,提出了一种融合设备状态和产品要求的电解铜箔制造工艺参数优化方法。首先,为辨识铜箔制造中工艺、设备与产品参数之间的非线性关系,建立了基于神经网络的“工艺-设备”与产品参数的映射模型,并通过构建当前生产模式与历史生产模式的相似性度量方法,确定当前工艺参数的优化初始点;然后,基于所建立的映射模型、设备状态和产品要求构建多目标约束函数,并利用遗传算法优化工艺参数,获得同时满足设备状态和产品要求的最佳工艺参数。企业的生产验证表明:相较于仅考虑产品要求的工艺优化方法,所提方法优化后的工艺参数能在相同的设备状态下获得质量更好的产品,在常温/高温抗拉强度、常温/高温延伸率和树脂剥离强度这5项关键指标上,分别提升了6.1 MPa、6.1 MPa、1.9%、0.7%和0.22 N/mm,生箔制备和表面处理的生产效率也提高了2.65%和7.5%,能够有效保证并提高铜箔的质量和生产效益。Aiming at the problem that the current optimization methods of electrolytic copper foil manufacturing process parameters simply consider product requirements,an optimization method of electrolytic copper foil manufacturing process parameters by integrating equipment status and product requirements is proposed.Firstly,in order to identify the nonlinear relationship among process,equipment,and product parameters in the copper foil manufacturing,a mapping model of“process-equipment”and product parameters is established based on neural network.By constructing the similarity measurement method between the current production mode and the historical production mode,the optimization starting point of the current process parameters is determined.Furthermore,based on the established mapping model,equipment status,and product requirements,a multi-objective constraints function is constructed,and genetic algorithm is used to optimize the process parameters,aiming to achieve the optimal process parameters that meet both equipment status and product requirements.Through the verification in the production of enterprises,it is shown that,compared with the process optimization method that only considers product requirements,the optimized process parameters can yield products with higher quality under the same equipment status,increasing the five key indicators of normal temperature and high temperature tensile strength,normal temperature and high temperature elongation,and resin peeling strength by 6.1 MPa,6.1 MPa,1.9%,0.7%,and 0.22 N/mm respectively.Additionally,the production efficiency of raw foil preparation and surface treatment increase by 2.65%and 7.5%respectively.The research results can effectively ensure and improve the quality and production efficiency of copper foil.
