摘 要:本文建立QuEChERS-液相质谱联用法测定发酵茶中T-2毒素的含量。茶叶样品粉碎后,样品经乙腈超声均质提取,HC-C18去除大部分杂质,采用增强型碳氢键的非极性化合物PSA净化后,使用高性能液相色谱-串联质谱法多反应监测扫描模式进行定性定量分析。T-2毒素在5~100 ng·mL^(-1)浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为5μg·kg^(-1),在5、20、80μL三个不同加标水平下,T-2毒素回收率在85.01%~87.80%内,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.05%。该方法灵敏度高、回收率稳定、检测快速、定量准确。适用于检测发酵茶叶中的T-2毒素。This article establishes the QuEChERS liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determining the content of T-2 toxin in fermented tea.After crushing the tea sample,the sample was homogenized and extracted by acetonitrile ultrasound,and most impurities were removed by HC-C18.After purification with enhanced non-polar compound PSA with carbon hydrogen bonds,qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out using high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry multi reaction monitoring scanning mode.The T-2 toxin exhibits a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 5~100 ng·mL^(-1),with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 and a detection limit of 5μg·kg^(-1) at 5,20,and 80μL at three different levels of spiking,the recovery rate of T-2 toxin is within 85.01%~87.80%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.05%.This method has high sensitivity,stable recovery rate,fast detection,and accurate quantification.suitable for detecting T-2 toxin in fermented tea.
