摘　　要：本文旨在探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在人工合成甜味剂检测中的应用,并针对现有方法的不足提出了优化与改进措施。通过优化色谱条件、改进样品前处理方法和提升检测灵敏度等方式,可实现对多种人工合成甜味剂的高效、准确检测。本文的研究为高效液相色谱法在人工合成甜味剂检测领域的应用提供了有益的探索和参考,对于保障食品安全和消费者健康具有重要意义。The aim of this paper is to discuss the application of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the detection of synthetic sweeteners,and to propose optimization and improvement measures for the shortcomings of the existing methods.By optimizing the chromatographic conditions,improving the sample pretreatment method and enhancing the detection sensitivity,the efficient and accurate detection of various synthetic sweeteners can be achieved.The study in this paper provides a useful exploration and reference for the application of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the detection of synthetic sweeteners,which is of great significance for the protection of food safety and consumer health.
