摘  要:兵器类本科专业培养的工程师将致力于国防科技工业建设。具有鲜明国防特色的兵器类专业人才培养目标赋予了“工程伦理”课程更深远的教育意义,提出了更高的教学要求。立足兵器工程专业“工程伦理”教学实际,探讨分析了兵器类专业“工程伦理”教学面临的教师团队难以建立、教学内容针对性不强、教学案例库难于建设等难题,并思考探索了加强“经师”“人师”统一教师队伍建设、反复迭代提炼总结“工程伦理”教学内容、深入兵器工程领域进行案例库建设开发等应对措施,通过开展教学改革与实践,显著提升了“工程伦理”课程的教学效果。Engineers trained in defence engineering will be devoted to national defense construction.The“engineering ethics”course is given higher educational significance and teaching requirements by the distinctive national defense characteristics of defence engineering professionals.The difficulties faced in teaching engineering ethics are analyzed,including establishing a teacher team,lack of pertinence in teaching content,and building the case library.Measures such as strengthening the unified teacher workforce,integrating professional and virtuous teachers,refining teaching content and developing a case library for in-depth exploration of weapon engineering are explored.The defence engineering major at Beijing Institute of Technology has implemented teaching reforms and practices,significantly improving the teaching effect of the“Engineering ethics”course.
