摘　　要：阐述基于B/S模式的人事管理系统设计与实现,系统的核心模块包括登录、用户管理、权限管理、薪酬待遇管理以及系统维护。通过系统搭建,优化高职院校内部人事管理流程。This paper describes the design and implementation of a personnel management system based on the B/S model.The core modules of the system include login,user management,permission management,salary and benefits management,and system maintenance.It optimizes the internal personnel management process of vocational colleges through system construction.
