摘　　要：近年来,随着我国社会经济的蓬勃发展,地铁工程施工在大中型城市中接连出现。由于地铁工程施工规模较大、施工周期较长,为保证在规定期间内完工,一定程度上造成地铁工程施工成本普遍较高。因此,在地铁工程施工中,做好施工成本管控工作极为关键。基于此,本文阐述地铁施工中成本管控的重要性,并深入剖析地铁工程施工中成本管控存在的问题,提出切实可行的成本管控对策,旨在为相关人员提供些许参考。In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's society and economy,metro engineering construction has appeared successively in large-size and medium-sized cities.Due to the large scale and the long construction period of metro engineering construction,in order to ensure that the project is completed within the specified period,the metro engineering construction cost is generally higher.Therefore,in the metro engineering construction,it is extremely important to do a good job in construction cost control.Based on this condition,this paper expounds the importance of cost control in metro construction,deeply analyzes the problems in cost control of metro engineering construction,and puts forward practical and feasible cost control countermeasures,aiming to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
