摘  要:通过对16个中美大学排行榜评价指标的比较分析,发现存在某种共识,也表现出一定的本土特色。生源质量、师资队伍建设和毕业生就业情况是中美大学排行榜共同关注的重点,师生荣誉获得、办学条件、科研产出、立德树人、高校社会声誉共同构成中国大学排行榜的个性,学生学位完成情况、学生多样性、高等教育成本、学校财务、学生就读体验描绘出美国大学排行榜的特色。鉴于此,中国大学排行榜应灵活引入多元性评价内容,融合地区以及国家发展战略需求,凸显学生多样化特点及就读体验。Through the comparison and analysis of 16 Chinese and American university rankings'evaluation indicators,it is found that there is a consensus between the two countries'university rankings,and both show certain local characteristics.Quality of enrolled students,the development of teaching staff and the employment of graduates are the common concerns of the Chinese and American university rankings.The honors of teachers and students,educational conditions,scientific research output,moral cultivation and social reputation of colleges and universities constitute the characteristics of the Chinese university rankings.Degree completion,student diversity,cost of higher education,school finance,and student experience characterize the characteristics of the American university rankings.In view of this,the Chinese university ranking should flexibly introduce diverse evaluation content,integrate the needs of regional and national development strategies,and highlight the diverse characteristics and study experience of students.
