摘  要:2003年,亚太地区教育质量保障组织(APQN)创建于中国香港。20年来,APQN持续为“消除国界限制,建立质量区域”的目标而奋斗。阐述了APQN“质量保障无国界”的概念缘起及其实践历程,其标志性成就包括以下六个方面:服务无国界的质量保障群体;建立无国界质量保障组织的合作;聚焦无国界质量保障19个主题;开展50多个无国界质量保障项目;新冠疫情下采取14个无国界质量保障行动;发行50多本无国界质量保障工具或书籍。“质量保障无国界”以令人信服的证据,表明教育质量保障全球化的潜力无限。In 2003,the Asia Pacific Quality Network(APQN)was established in Hong Kong,China.During the past 20 years,APQN has been continuously striving for the goal of“Dissolving Boundaries for a Quality Region”.Focusing on the goal,this paper tries to describe the concept origin of APQN"Dissolving Boundaries for a Quality Region",APQN’s 20-year historical development,and the achievements for a quality region.It includes 6 aspects:serving the huge QA community without boundary,cooperating with QA organizations without boundary,focusing on 19 QA themes without boundary,conducting over 50 QA projects without boundary,implementing 14 QA actions without boundary under the COVID,publishing over 50 QA books or tools without boundary.“Quality Region without Boundary”represents the evidence for the potential of quality assurance in education for the whole globe,especially for the Asia-Pacific Region by a provable reality and compelling.
