摘 要:本文对2010-2023年度“全国教书育人楷模”乡村教师先进事迹材料进行文本分析,采用扎根理论进行编码和概念提取,力图描摹优秀乡村教师群像。发现优秀乡村教师对乡土的热爱、对教书育人的热忱和对终身学习的追寻,促使他们长期扎根乡村。并据此提出根植教师的乡土情怀、坚守教师的育人初心、践行终身学习理念的优秀乡村教师养成路径,为建设高质量的乡村教师队伍提供具象的示范,助力乡村教育的高质量发展。This article analyzes the textual materials about the excellent deeds of the“National Model Teachers”in rural areas from 2010 to 2023,using Grounded Theory for encoding and concept extraction and aiming to portray the profile of excellent rural teachers.It is found that the excellent rural teachers love for the rural land,a strong passion for teaching and cultivating students,and a pursuit of lifelong learning keep them rooted in rural education for a long time.Based on this,it proposes a development path for cultivating outstanding rural teachers with love of rural land,staying true to teacher's mission of educating students,and practicing the concept of lifelong learning,which provides a demonstration for constructing a stable high-quality team of rural teachers to support high-quality rural education.
