浅谈企业知识产权档案的管理与利用

摘　　要：知识产权档案作为新型的企业专门档案类型,对企业保持核心竞争力具有非常重要的战略意义。文章从针对企业知识产权档案的概念界定出发,明确知识产权档案的内容与范围;之后对影响知识产权档案的两点管理特性进行了梳理,据此对知识产权档案在管理和利用过程中存在的问题进行了剖析,并给出了相应的解决方案。Intellectual property archives,as a new type of enterprise specific archives,have significant strategic significance for enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness.Starting from the definition of the concept of enterprise intellectual property archives,this paper clarifies the content and scope of intellectual property archives;Afterwards,two management characteristics that affect intellectual property archives were sorted out,and based on this,the problems in the management and utilization of intellectual property archives were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were provided.
