摘　　要：传统档案管理模式越来越难以满足日益增长的档案工作需求,档案管理转型迫在眉睫。数字档案室建设是档案部门顺应时代潮流的必然趋势,文章以企业数字档案室建设实践为基础,从建设背景、建设内容和实施效果三个方面进行阐述,围绕档案“四个体系”建设,从完善数字档案制度规范、加快档案资源转型、提升档案服务能力和筑牢数字档案安全防线四个方面,探索企业数字档案室的实现路径。It is more and more difficult for traditional archives management mode to meet the increasing needs of archives work,and the transformation of archives management is imminent.The construction of digital archives is an inevitable trend for archives departments to comply with the trend of the times.Based on the construction practice of enterprise digital archives,this paper expounds from three aspects:the background,content and implementation effect.Focusing on the construction of"four systems"of archives,this paper explores the realization path of enterprise digital archives from four aspects:perfecting the standards and norms of digital archives,accelerating the transformation of archival resources,improving the ability of archives service and building the defensive line for the security of digital archives.
