摘 要:探讨基于学生需求的清单式教学管理模式在感染管理科实习带教中应用的效果。成立感染管理科带教管理小组,根据实习护生实际学习需求制订教学管理清单,实施清单式教学管理模式。应用实践表明,基于学生需求的清单式教学管理模式可以提高实习护生的理论知识和操作技能考核成绩,提高手卫生执行率,降低职业暴露发生率,提高教学工作满意度,值得推广应用。To explore the effect of the application of list-based teaching management model based on students'needs in the practice teaching of infection management department,the teaching management team of infection management department was established.The teaching management checklist was formulated,according to the actual learning needs of nursing interns,the list-based teaching management model was implemented.The application practice shows that the list-based teaching management model based on students'needs can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment results of nursing interns,improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene,reduce the incidence of occupational exposure,and improve the satisfaction level of teaching.It is worthy of popularization and application.
