摘　　要：目的了解公费专科医学生专业承诺的特点,探讨乡村振兴背景下菏泽市某医学高职院校公费专科医学生专业承诺对职业认同的影响。方法使用医学生职业认同量表、大学生专业承诺量表,采用问卷调查法,数据用SPSS 26.0进行处理。结果(1)差异检验表明:专业承诺、职业认同在性别、年级、生源地等方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);专业承诺低分组的职业认同显著低于专业承诺高分组(P<0.05)。(2)相关分析表明:专业承诺总分及各维度得分与职业认同总分及各维度得分都呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。(3)回归分析表明:专业承诺对职业认同具有正向预测作用。结论公费专科医学生专业承诺水平越高,其职业认同越高。Objective To learn the characteristics of professional commitment among public funded medical junior collegians and explore the impact of professional commitment on vocational identity of public funded medical junior collegians in a medical higher vocational college in Heze City under the background of rural revitalization.Methods The Medical Student vocational identity Scale and the Collegians Professional Commitment Scale and a questionnaire survey were conducted.The data was processed with SPSS 26.0.Results(1)The difference test showed that there were statistically significant differences in professional commitment and vocational identity in terms of gender,grade,and place of origin(P<0.05).The vocational identity of the group with low professional commitment was significantly lower than that of the group with high professional commitment(P<0.05).(2)The correlation analysis shows that the total score of professional commitment and the scores of each dimension are positively correlated with the total score of vocational identity and the scores of each dimension(P<0.01).(3)Regression analysis shows that professional commitment has a predictive effect on vacational identity positively.Conclusion The public funded medical junior collegians'professional commitment level is higher,their vocational identity is higher.
