摘　　要：目的探索在某“三甲”医院就诊的乳腺癌患者的生命质量和社会支持状况及相关影响因素。方法选取2023年1—12月在枣庄市立医院乳腺外科就诊的乳腺癌患者为调查对象并进行问卷调查,收集其一般资料、社会支持和sf-8生命质量资料。结果乳腺癌患者生命质量总分为(580.33±110.82)分;年龄、个人年收入、婚姻状况、居住方式是乳腺癌患者生命质量的影响因素(P<0.05);社会支持总分为(34.13±9.08)分;乳腺癌患者的生命质量及其各维度与社会支持及其各维度均呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论国家、社会和家庭要重点关注经济收入低的老年乳腺癌患者,发挥婚姻、配偶和子女对其生命质量的正向积极作用,保障患者的社会支持水平。作为医务人员,要做好乳腺癌优质医疗、护理服务和健康宣教工作,帮助乳腺癌患者增强生活信心,提高生命质量。Objective To explore the life quality and social support and related influencing factors of breast cancer patients in a certain Grade-A hospital.Methods The breast cancer patients who were admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from January to December of 2023 were selected as the survey subjects and questionnaire survey was conducted,and their general data,social support and sf-8 life quality data were collected.Results The total score of life quality of breast cancer patients was(580.33±110.82)score.Age,annual income,marital status,and residence style were the influencing factors of life quality of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).The total score of social support was(34.13±9.08)score.The life quality of breast cancer patients and all dimensions were positively correlated with social support(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The nation,society and family should focus on old breast cancer patients with low economic income,give full play to the positive role of marriage,spouse and children on their life quality,ensure the social support level of patients.As medical staff,we should do our best in high-quality medical treatment,nursing services and health education for breast cancer,so as to help breast cancer patients enhance their confidence in life and improve their life quality.
