摘  要:粤港澳大湾区建设已步入高质量融合发展期,急需通晓且能运用跨域法律规则积极参与大湾区规则制定和衔接、善于处理跨域法律事务的高水平跨域法治人才。目前跨域法治人才培养模式尚存在培养方式欠多样、培养内容缺体系、培养保障不多维等不足。可借鉴世界著名湾区国际化人才培养经验,以四元协同为基础,创设“三多”培养方式,建设体系化培养内容,构建多维保障机制。The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has entered a period of high-quality integrated development.It is an urgent need for high-level and cross-domain legal talents who can use cross-domain legal rules to actively participate in the formulation and connection of the Greater Bay Area rules and are good at dealing with cross-domain legal affairs.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the cross-domain legal talent training mode,which training mode is single,training content is not systematic,and training guarantee dimension is not enough.Based on the school-government-enterprise-society coordination,we can learn from the experience of international talent training in the world famous Bay Area to create a multi-layer,multiform and multi-directional cultivation method,to create systematic training content and multi-dimensional guarantee mechanism.
