摘  要:全面推进课程思政建设是我国高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,是我国高校面临的长期任务。近年来,全国各级各类高校在课程思政建设上主动探索、深入研究,产生一大批理论与实践成果。作为一所新建本科高校,由于诸多客观条件的限制,课程思政建设面临许多的困难和挑战。而课程思政的师资队伍建设是课程思政建设的重要内容和关键要素。该文以泰州学院数学专业为例,阐述新建本科高校在课程思政队伍建设方面的难点,探索课程思政队伍建设的路径,并给出有效开展数学课程思政的保障措施,以期为同类高校的课程思政建设提供参考。Comprehensively promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum is a strategic measure for Chinese colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and it is a long-term task facing Chinese colleges and universities.In recent years,all kinds of universities at all levels across the country have actively explored and deeply studied the ideological and political construction of courses,and produced a large number of theoretical and practical results.As a new undergraduate university,due to the limitations of many objective conditions,the ideological and political construction of the course is facing many difficulties and challenges.The construction of ideological and political teachers is an important content and key element of ideological and political construction.Taking the mathematics major of Taizhou University as an example,this paper expounds the difficulties in the construction of ideological and political team in the new undergraduate universities,explores the path of the construction of ideological and political team,and gives effective guarantee measures for the ideological and political development of mathematics courses.The study hopes to provide reference for the ideological and political construction of similar universities.
