摘　　要：以学术型联合培养基地的实践为例,通过校院合作,构建基地管理运行模式和双向互补的“双导师”制,协同做好研究生培养、学科建设和科技创新,实现联合培养基地的共建、共享、共进,为研究生实践能力培养和综合素质提升提供了有效支撑。Taking the practice of the academic joint training base as an example,through the cooperation of the university and the college,the management and operation mode of the base and the two-way complementary“double tutor”system are constructed to coordinate graduate training,discipline construction and scientific and technological innovation,so as to realize the co-construction,sharing and co-progress of the joint training base,which provides effective support for the training of practical ability and the improvement of comprehensive quality of graduate students.
