摘 要:松河选煤厂原浮选系统通过人工操作添加浮选药剂、人工调整浮选槽进气量和尾矿闸板高度,浮选司机劳动强度大,药剂消耗量高且不稳定,灰分波动大。在系统分析的基础上,对浮选系统制定了技改方案,通过采集浮选工艺过程数据,建立基于BP神经网络的加药预测模型的煤泥浮选智能控制系统,技术改造实施后提高浮选产品产率,实现了提高精煤产率的目的,增加了企业的经济效益。In Songhe Coal Preparation Plant,the flotation system operation such as adding reagents,adjusting the air suction volume and raising or lower the height of the tailing gate is completed manually by workers.As a result,the worker’s labor intensity is high.The flotation reagent consumption is relatively high and varies from person to person,and the concentration ash content is prone to fluctuations.In order to improve the yield of flotation concentration and increase economic benefits,the flotation system has been upgraded.By collecting flotation process data and establishing a coal flotation intelligent control system based on BP neural network dosing prediction model,it has achieved the goal of improving the yield of clean coal and increased the economic benefits of the enterprise.
