摘  要:为研究芳香醛结构与其银镜反应条件的关系,应用正交实验法,以扫描电镜和三维显微镜观察银镜形貌特征作为指标,经极差分析和方差分析,优选出最佳反应条件.结果表明,芳香醛银镜反应条件为:硝酸银用量在2 mL~3 mL,pH为9.5~10.5,反应温度控制在80℃~95℃.芳香醛结构是影响银镜反应条件的内在因素.芳香环的种类,环上取代基的性质以及与芳香醛基的相对位置,决定了银镜反应的条件.In order to study the relationship between the structure of aromatic aldehyde and silver mirror reaction,an orthogonal experiment was applied to observe the morphology characteristics of silver mirror by scanning electron microscope and three-dimensional microscope,and select the optimal reaction conditions by range analysis and variance analysis.The results have shown that the conditions for the silver mirror reaction of aromatic aldehydes are as follows:the amount of silver nitrate is 2mL~3mL,pH is 9.5~10.5,and the reaction temperature is controlled at 80℃~95℃.The aromatic aldehyde structure is an intrinsic factor affecting the conditions for the silver mirror reaction.The types of the aromatic ring,the nature of the substituents on the ring and the relative position to the aromatic aldehyde group determine the conditions for the silver mirror reaction.
