摘 要:为降低小麦赤霉病对小麦产量和品质影响,以小麦抗赤霉病育种研究为切入点,分析了植物细胞工程在小麦抗赤霉病育种中的应用。在农业机械化生产背景下,赤霉病对小麦大面积种植造成的影响越来越严重,严重影响小麦的质量和产量。建立小麦抗赤霉病育种毒素筛选体系,以植物细胞工程进行小麦抗赤霉病育种的毒素筛选,实施幼胚培养等手段来培育抗赤霉病能力较强的品种,降低甚至消除赤霉病毒素可能对小麦造成的影响。In order to reduce the impact of wheat scab on yield and quality,application of plant cell engineering in wheat scab resistance breeding was analyzed based on research of wheat breeding for scab resistance breeding.Under the background of agricultural mechanization,the impact of wheat scab on wheat cultivation in great scale is becoming increasingly serious,which could reduce wheat yield and quality.Establishment of scab resistance breeding system based on plant cell engineering and implementation of immature embryo breeding for scab resistance wheat variety could reduce or eliminate the impact of scab on wheat production.
