高校基本职能赋能乡村全面振兴策略研究

摘　　要：高校可立足五大基本职能,助力乡村全面振兴。具体体现在强化科教支撑,明晰培养规格,切实为乡村振兴提供人才支持;深化产学研融合,对接农村实际需要,为乡村振兴输出发展动能;践行高校社会服务功能,发挥乡村振兴智库作用,为乡村振兴把脉开方;坚定乡村文化自信,推动乡村文化传承创新,为乡村文化振兴塑形铸魂;发挥高校国际交流合作职能,为乡村拓展国际视野,链接国际资源。具体工作中,要进一步挖掘高校潜能、发挥高校优势,实现高校和乡村全面振兴的嵌合式成长。Higher education institutions can base their efforts upon the five essential functions to assist comprehensive rural revitalization,which is specifically reflected in the following aspects:reinforcing the support of science and education,clarifying the standards of education and training,and providing practical talent support for rural revitalization;deepening the integration of industry,education and research,aligning with the actual needs of rural areas,and exporting dynamic development force for rural revitalization;practicing the social service function of higher education institutions,leveraging the role of think tanks for rural revitalization,and providing diagnosis and prescriptions for rural revitalization;strengthening the cultural confidence of rural areas,promoting the inheritance and innovation of rural culture,and shaping and cultivating the soul of rural cultural revitalization;utilizing the international exchange and cooperation functions of universities to expand international horizons for rural areas and link international resources.In the real work,it is necessary to further explore the potential of universities and give full play to their advantages,so as to realize the embedded growth of comprehensive revitalization of higher education institutions and villages.
