摘 要:针对高纯阴极铜的生产工艺提升问题,引入了电积法进行脱铜处理,同时分析了不同添加剂量、电解液温度、电流密度与终点铜离子对高纯阴极铜制备的质量影响。结果显示:当添加剂量为40 mg/L时,阴极铜表面粗糙度最低、晶粒均匀致密,且颜色均匀;当电解液温度为60℃时,阴极铜的铜质量分数大于99.99%,电流效率在电流密度为200 A/m^(2)时最高,此外,当终点铜离子浓度为32 g/L时,有助于提升杂质去除率,说明基于电积法的高纯阴极铜制备工艺具有良好的实际应用价值,该工艺为阴极铜产品质量的提升提供了有效的技术支持。In view of the production process improvement of high purity cathode copper,the electroproduct method is introduced for copper removal treatment.Meanwhile,the effects of different additive quantity,electrolyte temperature,current density and end copper ion on the quality of high purity cathode copper were analyzed.The results showed that in this experiment,the additive amount was 40 mg/L.When the electrolyte temperature is 60℃,the copper content of cathode copper is greater than 99.99%.The current efficiency was highest at a current density of 200 A/m^(2).In addition,when the endpoint copper ion concentration is 32 g/L,it helps to improve the impurity removal rate.It shows that the preparation process of high purity cathode copper based on electroproduct method has good practical application value,and this process provides effective technical support for improving the quality of cathode copper products.
