摘  要:以QD32-D型起重机为例,介绍一种基于SolidWorks和ADAMS的起重机外主梁疲劳寿命分析方法。采用该方法分析时,先利用SolidWorks软件构建起重机外主梁模型,然后将模型导入到ADAMS软件内,由ADAMS划分网格并进行位移与应力方面的分析,然后以此为基础,分析外主梁的疲劳寿命,明确外主梁薄弱点,计算出最小疲劳循环次数,为外主梁优化设计提供帮助,确认该分析方法具有一定应用价值。Taking QD32-D crane as an example,this paper introduces a fatigue life analysis method for the external main beam of the crane based on SolidWorks and ADAMS.When using this method for analysis,SolidWorks software is first used to construct a model of the external main beam of the crane,and then the model is imported into ADAMS software.ADAMS divides the grid and conducts displacement and stress analysis.Based on this,the fatigue life of the external main beam is analyzed,the weak points of the external main beam are identified,and the minimum number of fatigue cycles is calculated to provide assistance for the optimization design of the external main beam,confirming that this analysis method has certain application value.
