摘  要:设计了发动机缸体类铸件工艺方案,并利用模流分析软件分析了铸造过程中容易导致气孔、浇不足、冷隔、缩孔、缩松、错边等铸造缺陷的原因,根据分析结果对原有工艺进行针对性改进,最终使得铸件产品合格率大幅提高,并获得内部组织更加致密、外形更加美观的高品质铸件。A process plan for engine cylinder block castings was designed,and the causes of casting defects such as porosity,insufficient pouring,cold shut,shrinkage,porosity,and misalignment were analyzed using mold flow analysis software.Based on the analysis results,targeted improvements were made to the original process,resulting in a significant increase in the qualification rate of castings and obtaining high-quality castings with a denser internal structure and a more beautiful appearance.
