摘　　要：在ISA铜电解工艺中,不锈钢阴极板夹边条的异常损耗一直是困扰企业的难题,尤其是在行车装槽、阴极铜剥离过程中,阴极板夹边条受外力作用松动甚至脱离阴极板导致阴极铜长粒子,造成阴极铜物理外观质量下降的问题。通过分析江铜贵溪冶炼厂电解车间阴极板夹边条校正装置的使用情况,针对现有装置存在的缺陷,研制出气缸与气锤相结合的新型校正装置,并在生产实践中取得了不错的效果。In the ISA copper electrolysis process,the abnormal loss of stainless steel cathode plate edge clamps has always been a problem that troubles enterprises.Especially during lifting operations and cathodic copper stripping,the cathode plate clamp strip may become loose or even detach from the cathode plate due to external forces,resulting in long particles of cathode copper and a decrease in the physical appearance quality of cathode copper.This article introduces the use of the cathode plate clamp edge correction device in the electrolysis workshop of Jiangtong Guixi Smelter and the exploration of a new device.A new correction device combining cylinder and air hammer has been developed,which has achieved good results in production practice.
