摘 要:当前,全球供应链稳定体系遭受冲击,不稳定性和不确定性不断加大,供应链韧性和稳定受到世界各国关注。服务器作为重要的信息基础设施,其供应链稳定对我国经济社会发展意义重大。目前国内缺乏对于服务器供应链稳定性研究的相关模型,导致用户不知如何选择供应链更加安全稳定的服务器。因此有必要构建一个科学有效的服务器供应链成熟度评估模型,为用户选型提供参考,为行业主管部门开展供应链风险防范提供数字化手段和依据。Currently,the stability system of global supply chain is under impact,its instability and uncertainty are increasing,and the resilience and stability of the supply chain are attracting the attention of countries around the world.Server is an important information infrastructure,and the stability of the its supply chain is of significant importance to the economic and social development of our country.Currently,there is a lack of relevant models for researching the stability of the server supply chain domestically,so users do not know how to choose servers with a more secure and stable supply chain.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a scientifically effective model for evaluating the maturity of the server supply chain to provide references for user selection and to offer digital means and evidence for industry regulatory authorities to carry out supply chain risk prevention.
