低压成套开关设备损耗功率测量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：成套设备运行时电能损耗大,开展成套设备损耗功率测量的影响因素研究,对提升节能成套产品设计、研发和制造水平具有一定的意义。以计量箱为研究对象,开展多种影响因素的测量分析。结果发现,在成套设备损耗功率测量时,应尽量靠近成套设备的输入端进行测量,尽量在成套设备运行稳定后进行测量,应考虑环境温度对成套设备损耗功率的影响,过载将增加成套设备的损耗功率。The power loss of complete sets of equipment is large during operation,so research on the influence factors of measuring the power loss of complete sets of equipment is of certain significance for improving the design,research and development and manufacturing level of energysaving complete sets of products.Taking the measuring box as the research object,the measurement and analysis of various influencing factors are carried out.The results show that when measuring the power loss of the complete set of equipment,the measurement should be carried out as close as posible to the input end of the complete set of equipment,and the measurement should be carried out after the stable operation of the complete set of equipment.The influence of ambient temperature on the power loss of the complete set of equipment should be considered,and overload will increase the power loss of the complete set of equipment.
