普通高校军事理论课与国家安全教育课融合发展研究

摘　　要：世界百年变局加速演进,国际形势复杂多变,我国国家安全面临多维度挑战。高校作为培养堪当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要基地,其在国家安全教育中的作用日益凸显。高校军事理论课程与国家安全教育课程存在着定位互通、培养目标一致、教学内容重复等多元重叠问题,推动两门课程融合发展已成为提升大学生国家安全意识、构建全民国防观念的重要途径。通过梳理两门课程设置的历史沿革和教学困境,探讨高校军事理论课与国家安全教育融合发展的理论基础,分析其现实依据,能够提出相应的对策建议。As the world is experiencing a century of rapid changes and the international situation is complex and ever-changing,our country’s national security is facing multi-dimensional challenges.Colleges and universities,as vital institutions for cultivating new generations capable of shouldering the great task of national rejuvenation,are increasingly playing a significant role in national security education.The military theory courses and the national security education courses in colleges and universities share common positioning,align in their training objectives,and overlap in teaching content.Their integrated development has become an important way to enhance college students’awareness of national security and to build a comprehensive national defense concept.This article reviews the historical evolution and teaching dilemmas of the settings of two courses,discusses the theoretical foundation for the integration of military theory courses and national security education in colleges and universities,analyzes its practical basis,and proposes corresponding suggestions.
